You should call as soon as you know your moving date. For pianos and specialty items, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
A binding estimate means the price quoted after assessing your move will not change, as long as the move details remain the same. This gives you clarity and peace of mind about the total cost
An in-home estimate allows us to inspect the piano (or other items), check the layout (stairs, elevators, doorways), and understand the moving conditions before giving you an accurate price.
Just give us a call or email with the updates. We’ll adjust your plan and estimate accordingly so there are no surprises on moving day.
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to reschedule your move on the new date based on availability.
For pianos, we provide protective padding, wrapping, and specialized equipment. If you have additional items, we can also offer professional packing and unpacking services on request.
Besides booking movers, you should notify your landlord, utility companies, postal services, insurance provider, and any service subscriptions about your move.
Movers generally cannot transport flammable liquids, explosives, hazardous chemicals, or perishable food. For piano moving, ensure there are no fragile items or storage inside the piano before the move.
